Zavien Records Signs Singer-Songwriter Sam Kellner in Rare Artist-Friendly Publishing Partnership

Zavien Records has officially signed singer-songwriter Sam Kellner in a rare artist-friendly publishing partnership designed to support the growth and expansion of his music career while allowing him to maintain creative and business control over key areas of his artistry.

The deal was negotiated by Sam Kellner’s manager, Craig Rogalski of CK Talent Management, alongside Zavien Records’ CEO and A&R division.

Under the agreement, Sam Kellner will remain in control of his music library, touring, and booking, while Zavien Records will act as the publisher of his music library, helping to position his work for broader opportunities across the music industry.

The signing marks an important next step for Kellner, whose work continues to build momentum through his distinctive sound, songwriting, and growing audience. With Zavien Records now serving as publishing partner, the collaboration is expected to create new opportunities for Sam’s music across sync, licensing, publishing, and future industry placements.

Kellner is also preparing for a major live performance push next year, with appearances already booked across the country music festival circuit. He is currently scheduled to perform on the main stage at more than six festivals, further positioning him as an emerging artist with growing live-performance demand and a strong foundation for continued audience growth.

In addition to his upcoming live performance schedule, Kellner has continued to build industry momentum, recently attending the listening party for the upcoming Peaky Blinders movie, where he connected with members of the film’s music team, including the project’s composer.
