Managing Partner voted in as a member of TV Academy

We are pleased to announce that our Managing Partner (who is also a Sr. Agent) has been voted by the @televisionacad Board of Governors to become a member of the Academy. It's members are divided into 30 different peer groups, applicants must meet the strict requirements of the Academy and their individual Peer Groups to be considered for membership. He will be part of the Academy's Professional Representatives Peer Group. This groups representatives liaison with the Board of Governors, which represent the interests of the Academy's members who are Professional Talent Agents and Talent Managers. The Academy's membership process is by sponsorship, not application. Candidates must be sponsored by two Academy members from the branch to which the candidate seeks admission. Then prospective Members must go before the Academy's membership committee and their individual peer group, which upon review and approval of their qualifications place them on a slate before the Board of Governors to be voted in for membershipAdditionally, Academy Award nominees are automatically considered for membership and do not require sponsors. Prospective members must also demonstrate that they have made a significant contribution to the television industry. The Television Academy is widely known for the yearly production of the Emmy Awards, which celebrates those in the medium of TV.
