1. Referral by a currently signed CK Talent: We value recommendations from our existing talent, as they understand the standards and values we uphold.

2. Nomination by one of CK’s senior agents: Our senior agents have an eye for spotting exceptional talent, and if you've caught their attention, it's a testament to your potential.

3. Recruitment by the agency directly: We actively seek out individuals with outstanding talent and potential, and if you're approached by CK Talent directly, it means we see something special in you.

• CK Talent is a restrictive and exclusive agency that does not participate in open-calls. We do not collaborate with talent scouts, and anyone claiming to be a talent scout is not affiliated with CK Talent.

• Referrals are only accepted from known and credentialed industry professionals within our agency. We do not consider referrals from entities outside our network.

• CK Talent holds "virtual open-calls" for new talent twice a year. Stay informed about these opportunities by following our announcements on our Instagram page. Your chance to be a part of CK Talent could be just a post away.

• If you are a member of the Casting Platform Spotlight.com you may apply directly to our agency as our books are open to those members of the platform on a rolling basis.
